The story of RP Global began with a home. Our founder had left his village and come to Delhi with a simple dream: to build a home where his family could live together. He designed the house himself, thinking through every detail: the light in each room, the proportions, the flow from one space to another, and the little things that make a house feel like your own. The house was ready, but his family never came. Their roots were still back home, and Delhi wasn’t home to them yet. Eventually, the house was sold. Then came a call from the buyer. There was no complaint or request. He simply wanted to say that he loved the house. For our founder, that call meant more than the sale. He had built something that someone genuinely loved living in.

Two years later, he built another house. Again, it was meant for his family. Again, they chose to stay back. And again, the house was sold, followed by another call from a happy buyer. That’s when he realised what he wanted to keep doing: not just building houses, but creating places people would be happy to call home.

The homes grew over time.

60 SQ. M. → 90 SQ. M. → 123 SQ. M. → 209 SQ. M. → 321 SQ. M.

Each one was a little bigger and taught us something new, but the thought behind them stayed the same: if someone was going to call it home, it had to be built with care.

That’s how RP Global grew. One home, one family and one story at a time. And in many ways, we’re still building for that phone call.
