Golf Island

A golf-facing address that still had to feel like a neighbourhood.

The site gave us a rare thing in Dwarka — an open horizon. The temptation with a view like that is to point every home at it and call the job done. We planned the opposite way: courtyards first, then the towers around them, so the walk to your door is as considered as the view from your window. Every home carries daylight on at least two sides. Service cores sit to the west to take the afternoon heat. The result is a building that costs less to live in than it looks like it should.
